After not brewing for nearly thirty years, i bought a brew devil 10 months ago and about to start brew No.13, a Dortmunder Export. Previous brews include TTL Bitter, London Pride, Bohemium Pils. Keen to perfect perfectly clean lagers. I use an stc1000 controlled brew fridge and lager in a similarly controlled chest freezer. I keg in Cornies and serve it my recently finished Pub Shed (correction - Pub Sheds are never finished). Been experimenting with Sonoff Wifi switches to control fermentation fridge and been wondering about remote SG monitoring. Would like to be in a position to undertake a "Tasty Profile", ie adjusting temperature relative to gravity without disturbing the ferment. I trust you will be patient with my basic questions whilst i get up to speed.
