After a few years of being a carer and losing My better half to cancer, I'm now caring for Mum in lockdown.
Both covid positive and by some miracle My 76 year old Mum has got through the last 5 weeks intact.
No help from local authority and was caring for Her while feeling like death warmed up Myself.
Looking forward to brewing with 100g Nelson Sauvine I bought to see how They taste as a backloaded addition at flameout.
4kg of pale malt, weetabix and some home roasted malt for colour.
24ltrs of what I hope is a good brew in 2021

Good luck and
for a much better year and time ahead.
A small positive sounds as though you’ve managed to avoid Covid loss of sense of taste and smell and so will hopefully enjoy your brew very soon.
