I fear I've bought the wrong stuff
I'm hoping to make up a recipe that requires Torrefied Wheat which I'll just add to the mash tun. I'm not sure if I've bought the right stuff (image as below) Sorry pic is a bit blurry, it says 'Unmalted Adjuncts' on the packet

Don't worry, that is the genuine article you have there.
Adjunct is a term used for a "non malt", or unmalted grain products in the brewing world. Other examples are flaked maize, flaked barley, sugar, etc.
I believe that Torrified Wheat is produced by heating the wheat up until it "pops", in a similar way to popcorn, although I may stand to be corrected on this.
I usually use a small amount of this myself in my mash tun, around the 4% mark, purely for head retention.
