Nice! 8)

Do they crush it for you as well, or are you going to have to do that yourself?

The choice is yours, £26 whole or £28.50 crushed and not having a crusher my choice was made for me.

My first job out of school was on a Young Thatcherite Scheme as an assistant to a photographer in Warminster and I remember going with him to photograph the maltings there (I think they were still owned by Guinness) and found it quite interesting. If only I'd been as into beer as I am now!

Luckily they supply my local brew shop, so all my malt has come from there so far.

I picked up a bag of crushed MO from then a couple of weeks ago threw it in the car and returned to work. when I came back to the car I almost wanted to lick the outside of the bag, the freshness of the malt drove me mad on the way home. That freshness was really evident in the first brew And I have to say with a second brew under my belt with this malt it is far superior to the bag of Muntons I was using prior to this... If you can pick up a bag from Warminster I suggest you try it.

Its a shame you cant buy the choc malts etc by the kg, rather than the big bags. Given they are four miles away itd be nice to source everything local (but then BB is good so cant complain). Immensley satisying slapping a big sack of MO in the boot of the car out the back of a real maltings though!
