Torrefied Wheat

Hello all i am planning on making McEWAN 80/- but haven't got any flaked wheat. Going to replace with Torrefied Wheat as i have loads i need to use up.Does anyone have the potential (SG) & (SRM) values for T-Wheat to add to Promash.Cheers

The values I have are 2 SRM and 78% extract (36 ppg)
