Hi.
One of my next brews will have some aromatic malt in.
Beersmith tells me that 10% is maximum amount in a grist, but somewhereon here tells me 20%.
non the less the brew i have in mind has only 3% in. My question is whether this will actually comethrough in the taste at such a low percentage.
Secondly can Acid Malt be used in a an ale (not a lager)and what can i expect from it other than head retention ( according to beer smith) and could these two malts be combined/used together?
