Experimented making a brew using malt extract and boiling up a load of heather and jar of honey and turned out quite pleasant. Gorse grass was out on the moors at the new year so experimented with that instead of heather.
Thought I would let you know not too bother it was terrible. Tasted like palmour violets. Local cricket field has loads of mushrooms at the moment wondering if that is worth a try.
