Baited pale malt

Baited pale malt

I use simpsons Maris otter exclusively buy my lhbs has ran out of it and they only have bairds pale malt that's British. Anyone care to comment on it and how much different it is to the MO?

I found that I got a higher extract rate from Bairds Maris Otter.

Check this thread, or search for "Bairds" on Jim's.
