I am sure technical experts and pro brewers can really taste a huge difference etc, but this was more a question for amateurs people on the forum to share their view.
Is there really much differnce between the two? Sure I imagine MO gives a bit more malty flavour, slightly darker, but once you have added in a bit of Munich or a touch of Crystal can you really spot any difference?
Which malt do people use for US Pale ales? Surely 2row is somewhere inbetween?
Has anyone ever tried making a Pilsner/Lager with MO?

I definitely notice the sulphur DMS in lager malt as compared to MO.
