My first thought was wheat malt.

DaaB, that looks like wheat malt to me aswell - I use it all the time - love the stuff! :lol:

It's never given me problems and I used it at upto 10% of the grist weight. I remember that Hogs Back did a wheat malt enhanced version of TEA called Easter TEAser so they have certainly used it in the past - I don't know if they repeat this every year.
