I've got some MO in a sack that's well over 9 months old, and it looks and smells fine. Very tightly sealed.

No idea about it's remaining diastatic power. :D

I was always under the impression that mice were merely a nuisance. Now if it were RATS! thats a different proposition entirely.

Talking about rats, I do remember Graham L Sanders saying that when he went to a malt house there were a number of spots where flies where buzzing around, when he inquired to what caused this he was told that it was down to the fact that rats who had got to the malt being crushed when the mechanical turning equitment came on!
