Crystal Malt - Colour

I have a bag of crystal that I got from LyelandHB (I think) I've noticed on beersmith that there are about 7 different grades from 10L to 120L - is there a grade that is most common in HBS's as I have no idea what this is?

I can only ever seem to get 120 EBC Crystal when ever I buy some, which I think comes out at around 60-65L. Looks like the stuff at Leyland is 135EBC.

Hop and Grape sell light crystal which is 60 - 70 EBC so that would be Crystal 20L and they sell a darker one at 120 EBC, that would be Crystal 55L

Lovibond and EBC are a bit confusing to me
