That makes me think it's not the malt at fault then. I have struggled with my Bruheat boiler keeping a rolling boil (kept cutting out) so that may have contributed to haze problems on the last few brews. Maybe I'll get some more MO off Tuckers and use my new shiny twin-element boiler to see if it improves.DaaB wrote: MO is usually excellent for producing a clear run off and well polished beers.
