I notice that Puremalt is on that list. Do you know if they produce brewing grade dried extract?
I can get some of their light dried extract from work but I'm not sure if it's suitable for brewing or baking. It's in a 25kg plastic heat sealed sack.
If I can use this it would save me a packet.

Judging by the little info on their website, they mention it for beer use.

I think I'll have to do a trial brew with it after I've got my next one on the go. I'm just moving up to extract from kits.
