Torrified Wheat

Post by floydmeddler » Sat Dec 19, 2009 11:36 am

I'm after a nutty taste in today's brew and have been advised that torrified wheat is a way of going about it. I'm planning on adding 400g - 500g. Will this leave the finished beer cloudy? If so, will finings sort it out?

Cheers

There is near on that amount in a Black Sheep ale so its not going to cause any cloudiness. :)
