Pearl Malt
Got a sack of Pearl recently instead of my usual MO. Made three batches with it so far and with every one I could not get the mash tun run-off anything like clear. Extraction is not up to scratch and the stuff I've bottled so far is flatly refusing to clear. Not best pleased. My technique is identical to when using MO. Anyone else had grief with Pearl malt,should I be doing something different re mash times and/or temp,or have I got a duff batch? Thanks.

I noticed the same thing with run off. But extraction rates about the same. stick to MO now.
