New malt - Muntons Tipple

Has anyone else used this? Apparently it's a new variety with low nitrogen content. I brewed with it today for the first time and I think my efficiency may be up a few percent.

I havent used it, but I did crop protection on about 400 acres of the stuff last year... I'd be interested to know if it is any good!

I have been using it for a month now. My local micro use it and I got a sack from them. I have found it to be just as good as MO. Shame muntons messed up and malted some kind of grass into it. I would advise checking your sack if you get some. If you find little white stems about 10mm long in the batch then I would say the same has happened. I was told by the micro to mash lower, about 63'c.

Its alot cheaper than MO aswell.

I was given it as an alternative to Cocktail, no complaints - makes good beer.
