Nearly got caught myself until I visited a local home brew shop where I paid a lot for some grain but was given the information about Barley bottom and realized how much I could save.
Trouble with search engines is when you tap in homebrew you get too many matches and it becomes difficult to compare prices.

Looks like another post about to be deleted (is it the same company?)......................how can any business sell an item for £45 when another is selling the same item for £25 :?:

One of our nearest LHBS sells 3kg for 8 quid. So that's 66 quid a sack... um. No thanks.

I got 40 kg whole grain Pale-ale ( Viking malt ) include transportation from another town for 23£ ( inc. VAT 23% ). Minimum order 4 x 40kg ( what ewer malt they have ). Own pickup cheaper and can take only one if wanted.
