Spray Malt

Which is the best way to dissolve spray malt? When I try to dissolve mine when adding to the brew it goes into what I call cinder toffeee...anybody got a remedy???

I tend to just throw the spray malt in and let the lumps dissolve - which they do fairly quickly....

use daabs method and an immersion blender

The worst thing is the bag clogging up with the spraymalt as you attempt to pour it into the hot water,i just had to stir like crazy and it took about 10 minutes!
DaaB has a good suggestion there to mix it into lukewarm water 8)

Back in my extract days I followed the Pie method with no scorching or other problems.
