I will be brewing a heavily hopped Coopers Australian Pale Ale in the new year.
It will be brewed with 500g of light DME to 20L.
Question is, will steeping some leftover carapils that I have give the brew some more body without affecting the colour too much?

Re: Carapils added to APA kit?
I have never used carapils (don't you love it when a reply starts like that
) but as it does not need mashing I don't see why it should not work. There is a useful list of grain characteristics here CLICKY
I have ordered some carapils to use in a brew after xmas and it seems a useful ingredient to have around.
