Can i do a single temp mash(68)for this?
Doing a Belgium tripple but don't want to faff about with step mashes.
Could throw in some MO if that helps.

Single step Mash is fine for that Malt.
It's what I usually use when making a pilsner.
I would of thought Dingemanns Pale Malt would be more suitable for a Belgium Tripel though.
