Malt & Barley Blues The comeback tour.
I am looking for a really good chart or document that I can refer to when seeing other peoples recipes that contain a malt I'm unfamiliar with and want to know what it does for a brew, its charachteristics if you like. I have come across a pdf from the States which is OK http://www.thebeveragepeople.com/pdf/we ... lt2008.pdf but would really like something that was a little more orientated to this side of the pond. Anyone point me in the right direction
