50% Munich & 50% Pale?

Post by Monkeybrew » Thu Aug 02, 2012 1:27 pm

I am planning my 7th BIAB brew and wonder if using the above malt combo would be ok?

IBU will be around 45 and I'll be using some strong Apollo hops.

Cheers

I think St Austell Admirals Revenge may be a similar grain bill. Gives it a sweet edge. I may be wrong. Makes it deceptively strong. Willamette hops i think. As i say thats from memory and I'm sure there'll be someone here who knows better.
