I used to use Graham Wheelers figure when using pen & paper. But since switching to promash i have been using the value it gives for wheat malt ( 77.50 ). I am not sure how much difference there is between T Wheat & M Wheat figures. I haven't been able to find anything yet that gives ingredient values to enter into promash yet.

Extract ld/kg:280.0 min According to Murphy and Son. So about 90% of the available sugar of pale malt, I think.

Hello all i have been suffering of late with a summer cold i feel like shit. But on a good note i found a recipe on the net that gives the value of 1.036 for American Pale M it gave the same value for T/Wheat.Promash gives the value ( 73.35 ) for American 2 row Malt so it looks like it's ( 73.35 ). There must bee an easier way to find figures to add to promash.Cheers
