crystal wheat and torry
For some reason I've just ordered some crystal wheat in addition to some torry, not taking note that they pretty much do the same thing ( ish!). Any reason to not use them both in same recipe? I'm considering a pale and chocolate mix..80%/10%, and thought to round up with a bit of wheat for head retention. keeping the hopping fairly light
Just like trying new ideas!

You'll no doubt get a little colour from the Crystal Wheat but I see no other problems.
I buy from The Malt Miller
