I've used up all but about 2-3kg of the 25kg bag of propino I got at Xmas.
Went for Maris Otter again today. 25kg of new malt to brew up something tasty.
Also got some of the local brewery's house yeast (purportedly the old Scottish & Newcastle yeast) and some isinglass.
Brewery yeast is always great as the viability is spot on and it's skimmed right off the top of fresh beer. You just need the cheek to ask for some. Ain't had anyone refuse yet.
