Almost certainly. It's about £45 a sack over here from homebrew shops. Brouwland in Belgium charges €25.84.

He wouldn't happen to have a very big trailer would he??

Is there the potential for a JHBK group purchase :D

Your best bet for malts would be Weyermann, In Bamberg I believe, but that is quite a journey from luxemburg.

Of course Brouwland are based in Belgium so a purchase from there might be better.

I know Munich Malt is made in the UK but the stuff the UK homebrew shops stock is made by Weyermann in Germany. The price of it can be seen here

It's still cheaper to buy a sack from Brouwland and pay the postage than it is to buy it from a UK homebrew shop.

Delivery is €16.96 for 25 Kilos giving a total of €42.80 or roughly £30.50 :)

I buy my fishing kit from Germany and delivery to Northern Ireland is cheaper (and often quicker) than if I buy it from the mainland. It appears to be the same for Brouwland, especially for the larger items and grains etc.. Then again I need a few more kits under my belt before I think about AG.
