Yeah, I saw your recipe LB looks pretty good.
I may have a go with warm fermented lager yeast myself rather than getting in a specific yeast - I've got some 830 on the go.
I'll probably plagurise your recipe - at least the pilsner, munich and wheat percentages - I'll go with some Special B and biscuit for the cara malts as I have that in stock.

Re: aramis hops?
Had a brew the day before yesterday with Aramis. Simple grain bill, pale malt, pilsner malt, some flaked and torrified wheat. Today I'm getting a hint of honey aroma along with the above mentioned. Split part of the batch off to ferment down in the cellar at 12C with a lager yeast in it. Not checked on it yet.

Re: aramis hops?
Pretty underwhelming so far, just bottled and kegged it after a lengthy dry hop.... not much going on with it alone.

Re: aramis hops?
I've carried on plugging away with Aramis in various ways over the last year... (where the hell did that go?) and I am still pretty much underwhelmed by them all in all. However, pair them with H. Mittlefruh (bittering and 20 mins from flame out) in a Belgian Dubbel and wowwweeeeee!

I found they mixed admirably with Mt Hood in a pale.
