haha excellent!! we'll be reducing the sales of homebrew shops hops! (sorry homebrew shop owners!)

Saying that though, i'll never have enough room for the larger varieties so if I wanna use them I'll still be purchasing them.

Got my Prima Donna yesterday and just planted it.
Its a bit of a sorry specimen. Planted it straight in garden, maybe should have potted it first for a week to get healthy. Too late now though.
Fingers crossed it establishes itself.

Just emailed tomatoseedsuk, they basically said they've had alot of people emailing saying their plants look a bit under the weather and theres a lot of powery mildew about due to humidity. They also said even if plant above the soil dies off the root system will survive and new vines will come out.
Just thought I'd post this incase anyone else is worried about their new hop plant.

Ah great work on emailing them, i noticed the powdery stuff on my prima donna. Good to know theres no need to panic if the top bit does die off :).

Must admit tomatoseedsuk have been good at replying to emails, they've emailed me 3 times with different info also saying that if the plant does die then let them know and they'll send a replacement.
The leaves on my one don't look too good at minute, been taking off all the dead/dying ones as per instruction and hoping to see some signs of new growth soon.
