It could be that I've overdone it with the Crystal in attempt to get the colour right and I may end up with more caramel than I can detect in the original. I'll gladly send you a bottle of both to try if they come close!

That sounds amazing, "warm spice" is a good description, thanks for sharing. What is coffee malt?
