I think you know my opinon to this unfortunit accident, and that is if you are making ales chuck them out only use hops that are the fresh to brew fine ales. The only use i can think of for those foul hops is to make a batch of Carling black label or any of those chemical lagers caus the people who drink that sewage won't be able to tell the diffrence

. Since i have started freezing down my hops i have noticed how well they keep, how long can you keep the hops in the freezer?

erm! is that, like, T w e n t y T h r e e (23) varieties of hops!
Mind you, I've only used 15 of them... and I just made a list so I can pick hops to go with some experiments with Amber/Mild/Brown malts. Any suggestions of hops that would compliment either Amber, Mild or brown Malts would be most appreciated

i think you'll find that they ARE in order.....Alphabetically!! same on your update posts. mmm a little ocd shining thru

An OCD that is based in the use of the 'Sort' function in Excel, just to organise for the sake of the forum.
I organise my CD albums in vague genres and artists, NOT alphabetically!

I'm with the Badger: Challenger, Goldings and Fuggles. Also, fish fingers and frozen peas. (I'm a man of simple tastes.)
