thinking about this I have got an old Senseo coffee thing which I couldn't give away in the garage... I guess the obvious optimisation needed is not to boil the beer. This could be an interesting experiment over Christmas

I`ve got 2 unused coffee things in the kitchen, never been used, bought by MrsAles to make the kitchen look nice

Perhaps I can now find a need to use them!
