Question------

I see some recipes call for hop levels in quite small weights of grams, how do you weigh these as normal scales wont :-k

You can get very cheap electronic scales that will measure down to 1g. Lidl often have them on sale for 4.99 - Currently they have a set for 7.99 - see link.

Edit: Sorry that link won't work because of the way Lidl's website works. Have a look at www.lidl.co.uk/uk and then you should see the scales.
