I have used the hazelnut, pecan and maple flavours from https://www.stefchef.co.uk/collections/ ... -ascending to good effect. As they are essences rather than extracts they are ideal for me as I am allergic to most nuts, and these are nut free.

Not sure whats in the MM ones. I thought they would have to list the ingredients.

Indeed, being (potentially fatal) allergens you need to be clear. The hazelnut one seems to contain hazelnuts, but the peanut one doesn't contain peanuts. I will stick with what I know to be safe (for me). Whatever you get it's worth dosing an unflavoured pint first to get an idea of what dosage to try. Or use them to spike at drinking time, which is what I do currently.

“Mango flavouring, great addition to beer or cider to give raspberry flavour.”

Yep that's the plan. I'm going to put a few drops into a glass of my better half's berliner weisse to fathom out the dosage.

Well, these are great. 5 drops in a 250ml glass gave a natural tasting mango hit.

The raspberry needed 7-8.

Highly recommended.
