Interesting....

Looks like these could be great for late additions and dry hopping. No more expensive either if the claims are true.

Looks like the are flash freezing with liquid nitrogen then grinding.

Yeah you need about a third of the amount. It's really sticky so bash it up with a rolling pin in the package before using it. To me the flavour was much more oily and pungent, but maybe that was in the early days when people didn't know how much to add!
