I purchased these hops from A Bushel of Hops last year, but haven't used them yet. I have a recipe I am planning to brew sometime soon which calls for EKG. I don't currently have any EKG hops, but wondered if I could sub these Sussex hops.
Has anyone tried them?

Re: Sussex Hops
Any hops from BOH are perfect for English style Beers. I've been particularly impressed with last years harvest.

Re: Sussex Hops
@orlando has my last bottle of my Sussex Bitter made with BOH's Sussex hops and Brewlab Sussex yeast. It's a bit old, but I'm still waiting for his expert judgement...
And FYI attached photos from The Craft Brewers' Compendium description of Sussex hops.
