Spent a very enjoyable couple of hours in the Taproom at Roosters Brewery in Hornbeam (nr Harrogate) yesterday. Baby Faced Assassin has always been a favourite of mine but another brew - a NEIPA style called After The Horse Has Bolted, was absolutely excellent. Going to contact the guys at Rooster to see what they're prepared to reveal about the make-up but one thing clearly marked was a heavy dry hop of Citra and Lotus.
Not come across Lotus before and can't seem to find a UK supplier. Has anyone used it and/or knows where I can hold of some?

Re: Lotus Hops
Cheers mate. Had come across these guys but hoped someone might know of a UK supplier. I've emailed Roosters who have always replied to queries in the past so I'll see what (if anything) they say. If no joy I'll contact Hopsteiner.WalesAles wrote: ↑Sun Oct 11, 2020 7:25 pmMeaty,

Ignore me (most everyone else does!) totally mis-read your post. Didn't have a beer yesterday so blaming that!
Couldn't get a UK page when I looked hence thought this was to the US again. Emailing now.
