Does anyone know of any dry commercial yeast you can buy in 500g packs other than Nottingham Yeast or Safale yeasts.Been searching the net with no luck surely commercial brewers have more choice than Nottingham or Safale in the dry yeast department.

I know i use US 56 & Safale 04 i normally just make british style ales i don't fancy using any other of the safale range & i don't like nottingham either. Liquid yeasts aren't practical for me anymore with my brew volume of 110 litres it would be good if i could find some more to try though.

you could make a 19 liter starter and pitch the slurry into your 110 liters of wort and the plus side is you have 19 lite of beer while the other starts to ferment :D
