I tried to cultivate some yeast from a bottle of Fullers 1845 because it said bottled conditioned on the label. Well I couldn't find any sign of yeast in the bottle. There was no sediment and the beer was crystal clear. I'm wondering if this isn't just a scam to fool the ordinary person, who doesn't know about brewing, into buying this beer. Mind you it's a nice beer to drink.
