Out of interest as i had been thinking this for a couple of days, & being bored at work so im just "googling" anything that comes to mind at mo...

made interesting reading....anyone heard of any other developements where yeast can work into higher alcohol volumes than we know of currently??
Obviously the artical is bio-fuel related but there is a homebrew ref at the bottom..
