Does anyone do this?
Apparently, although there are purpose built aerators for homebrewing, you can use an aquarium pump and aeration stone. I think you would need a filter, though, to keep out wild yeast and bacteria.
I'd be interested to hear from anyone with any experience of using any kind of aerator.

It is not necessary to have an airstone in the hydrogen peroxide solution. To sanitize your air stone, you may soak in vodka or iodophor solution.
