just noited youngs dried active yeast in the hb shop, its 1.15 for 100g, was gonna try it on my demijon turbo cider as it works out cheaper than 80p a satchet....whats the catch???

the word on the street seems to be that its nottingham (or very similar)
i have used it and its fine

I think Brewpaks also do a bulk yeast. Anyone tried that?
