Can somebody advice me the the best yeast for a brown ale please.

I like S-04 in darker beers, but both are good choice

I agree with obliv there, S-04 gives that slightly sweeter taste which is good in some Stouts, Porters and Browns, whereas Nottingham has quite a neutral taste, but you could use either and get great results.

I will follow the herd on this one.
Although if you wanted to showcase the malt more you may want to consider the more nuetral Nottingham.

The above being said I have used Nott in a brown but I haven't used S-04 in one!
