Does anyone have any experience of this yeast? I added it to a Belgian Strong Pale of S.G.1068, I started it at 22oC and I was thinking that Ill raise the temperature up gradually, but I'm not sure where to stop, I have gone up to 28oC with the T58 strain and had very good results. Also, does anyone know where it comes from?
Cheers.
