Wyeast Ringwood

If you're using the Ringwood yeast, make sure the wort is really well aerated before pitching...this stuff loooves oxygen. During fermentation it will need regular rousing as well, mine took around 10 days to ferment out and that was using half a Tupperware box full from the brewery!! :D
