in this jar is some white labs wl0011 yeast and some wort, its been there for 2 days now and im supposed to be using it tomorow. there are bubbles rising and the very faintest of heads. is this right? or should there be a thick foamy head by now?

The liquid yeast do take a day or two to get going

as im about to use one of these jars, do i bung the other one in the fridge yet or wait until its stopped bubbling? i want ot use it in about a weeks time
