I have a tube of White Labs yeast which is destined for a go at PoP's V2 stout, because of other things i haven't yet brewed this and the best before date on the yeast is 10th March .
How much longer will it keep?
PoP, if this stout is V2 perhaps you should now call the original Doodlebug? (sorry)
