Good work!

My wife wandered by as I hit your vid. She asked me what I was watching. I replied "a yeaster starter in England". We watched in silence.
At the end I said "nice". She said "I want those 30 seconds of my life back."

Now I can hear her on the phone telling her friend how dull I am!

Looks good, what do you intend to brew an 80 shilling or a wee heavy?

If you did the 80 you could save some yeast and still have enough left to pitch for a wee heavy
