i recovered some yeast from the last brew, stored it in a 1l plastic bottle. It's taking up too much room inthe fridge so i want to mve it into a 33cl bottle. For some reason it's really really thick, and is taking AGES to go through the funnel into the 33cl bottle. Is this normal? Will exposing it to air for so long do it any harm?
Not having done this before, I dunno if it's normal or not. I'll try take a picture of it and post it.
