Fined with Brupaks auxiliary finings, got a layer of sediment. Then fined with isinglass and got another, different layer.
Appears perfectly logical that two different fining types would drop out two different kinds of stuff, but I've never noticed it before. Yeast was Windsor, hence the serious onslaught with the finings!
Anyway, the beer was kegged today and didn't appear to be quite as cloudy as I thought.
Every time I use Windsor, I look at the yeast haze and think "never again", then, usually just before the end of the keg, I'm drinking clear beer and I think "this is good, must use Windsor again"
